I love the flow and action on this clip. It put some sense of realism into how mech combat is conduct. Unlike the usual Gundam, who just go head on and blow everything with ease. Here running alone is suicide, mech funcion in squad. Using diversion, flanking and ambush to gain upper hand than just slugfest.
Imagine this game with warthunder damage model. It would SELL HARD IN 2020s. Armored core proof that mech sells and warthunder is addictive. We need this in modern era and square can profit. Its a win win
everything is written in japanise kanji, there isn't any american or europian version. that's what i ment. yes the voices are in english, that's comen thing in games, most are just simple command
Now this is THE proper wanzer movement animations that is supposed to be followed by modern iterations of the Front Mission franchise; Looks heavy and moves like an actual heavy machinery. Not the wonky abomination that was Front Mission 1st Remake by Forever Entertainment, Jesus Christ.
Those commanders suck. And can someone please do something about that sniper? To have a whole squad taken out by chasing a three man team like that is beyond pathetic.
This game was without a doubt one of the best online game PS2 had. If some company release a similar game with the same mechanics today it would be way better than MechWarrior. Sadly, very little people outside Japan seems to have played this masterpiece, and it's probably one of the reasons nobody created a similar game yet. So here's the opportunity. Wake up game devs!

did this game come out in US or EU? or was this only a JP title?
@@Kras015 I think it was only JP title. I played when I was living in Japan.
Magic roller skate
Who'd win
Front Mission - Wanzers
VS
Titanfall - Titans
VS
Armored Core - Muscle Tracers / Normals
VS
Chromehounds - Hounds
I think the titans would take it tbh
Very nice indeed.
They never make the Husky wanzers look strong lol =)
